In India, Toyota has finally unveiled facts about the Hilux pickup truck. In March, the Hilux’s cost will be revealed. The Toyota Hilux will be offered in India in two trim levels: Low and High. Toyota has officially begun reservations for the Hilux, with a deposit of Rs 1 lakh. Beginning in March, deliveries will be made.

The Exterior Design of Toyota Hilux

The Hilux is supposedly a barge of a vehicle that measures 5,325mm lengthwise, 1,815mm in height, 1,855mm in width, and a wheelbase of 3,085mm. It comes in a double cab single body choice; however, it appears purposeful and distinctive. The Toyota Hilux shall be available only within India.
The Hilux comes in a similar fundamental design as in the Fortuner; however, it comes with a different face and bigger chrome grills of hexagonal shape and LED headlamps.

Emotional Red, White Pearl CS, Gray Metallic, Silver Metallic, and Super White are the five single-tone paint colours available in India for the Hilux.

Toyota Hilux: Interior & Features

Within India, the Hilux shares plenty of switchgear and interior décor with the Fortuner. The infotainment system comes with an 8.0-inch touchscreen. However, the dashboard layout is slightly different. It has a temperature controls stack with an instrument cluster and a steering wheel identical to the Fortuner.

All-LED headlamps, turn indicators, daytime running lamps, 8.0-inch infotainment screen that comes with Android Auto and with Apple CarPlay.

Toyota Hilux: Underpinnings & Engine Details

The four-cylinder 2.8-litre turbo-diesel Hilux engine is the same as the Fortuner. It is in the same tune as the standards. The torque is 420 Newton meters, and the engine gives 204 horsepower. It comes with a 6-speed torque autotransformer or 6-speed manual transmission.
