Actress Alia Bhatt has started selling Gangubai Kathiawadi, and it appears that she has already become the talk of the town. Together in a white silk saree with crimson rose-adorned hairdo, the actress channelled her inner Gangu to promote the much-anticipated film yesterday. But right now, she’s sharing another ivory look, indicating that white should be a significant trend throughout Gangubai’s advertising. Except for her stunning costume, Alia’s photograph was highlighted by her shot with her favourite cat, Edward. And we are enamoured with it.

On Wednesday, Alia shared many images on Instagram, displaying her most recent traditional search for marketing Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress wore an ivory floral embroidered saree and a strappy adorned top designed by Ami Patel, a Hollywood stylist. In the photos, Alia is also seen with her favourite cat Edward. She captioned it, “Edward Bhai Aur Gangubai. #GangubaiKathiawadi in cinemas February 25.”

Alia chose an ivory sheer cotton saree with embroidered boundaries, inexperienced with pastel blue colours, flowery thread work finished in blush pink, as well as sequinned gildings.

The designer label Anjul Bhandari provided the 6 yards, which the actress wore in a traditional draping style with the pallu hanging over her shoulder to show off the beautiful embroidery.

Alia paired the 6 yards with a sleeved shirt with a high neckline, elaborate chikankari embroidery, with hardly there straps, plus beaded adornments hanging from the hem.

To create an Indian ethnic appearance, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor chose basic but appealing diamonds. She is accessorised with a pink rose hair accent, an oxidised silver ring, and assertive floral-shaped silver earrings, as well as an oxidised silver ring.
